Profile and sign-in
We process email, name, birth date, city, gender, contact intent and optional details you provide. Other users do not see your email or birth date; they see your age. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. Google sign-in provides name, email and a Google identifier without access to mail or contacts.
Photos and conversations
Profile photos require approval and carry a watermark. Locked photos are available only to approved recipients and administrators for moderation. Conversations are not end-to-end encrypted. Administrators may review them for moderation, with access logged. Chat photos are not public.
Storage and translation
The application runs on a server in London. Photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage with access checks. Translation runs on our server when requested; message text is not sent to an external translation provider.
Analytics and technical logs
We record IP address, visited pages, referrer, browser, operating system and technical device information, including for guests. We use our own random browser and visit identifiers. Ordinary access and visitor history is retained for 365 days. Retention may be extended for a specific account for a documented reason. Google Analytics 4 loads only after separate analytics consent. No advertising pixels are active.
Optional Google Analytics
With consent, Google Analytics 4 receives public page measurements and basic registration or sign-in events. We do not send emails, names, profile identifiers, gender, preferences, photos or chat content. Automatic form, search and outbound link tracking is disabled. GA4 cookies are configured for up to 90 days. Decline or withdraw consent using Analytics settings. We do not load Google Analytics when you decline. Notifications and preferences
You can disable new-message emails. Verification and password recovery emails remain part of account security. Language and theme are saved locally and in account preferences when signed in.
Your rights · GDPR
Request access, correction, deletion, restriction and other applicable information at [email protected]. A deletion request immediately deactivates the account and ends sessions. Final deletion is reviewed by an administrator. Retaining records requires a specific reason and does not mean continuing to use the profile without restriction. You may complain to the competent data protection authority.
